We are currently recruiting reliable, professional, sales and customer service minded individuals who are great on the phone to join our growing Inbound Reservations Team at the Wyndham Destinations Marketing Contact Center, located in South Central Orlando near Orange County Conv. Ctr.

As a Customer Service Reservations Coordinator you will be part of the Reservations Team and will be helping to deliver on our arrivals, increase revenue for the department, and guarantee tour volume for the resorts.

Education requirements
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
Experience requirements
• 12 months customer service, reservations or equivalent experience.
• 12 months call center preferred.
Qualifications
• Must be a true, service-minded professional with the ability to respond to a wide variety of customer needs. Background might include: call center, retail, restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, travel, reservations, dining (concierge, bartender, server), college athlete or coach, or similar industry experience).
• Must be an excellent listener and an effective communicator by being positive, professional, and informative.
• Must have a clear phone voice.
• Knowledge of basic Computer Office Software applications (such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
Responsibilities
• Service inbound calls from our potential customers, as well as our owners.
• Assist with the finalization of travel packages by researching, reviewing, and confirming accommodations through our central reservation system.
• Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction.
• Address any escalated customer service issues that may arise.
Work hours
• You will work 2pm-10pm four days during the week and you will work either a Saturday or Sunday from 9am-6pm. You will have one weekend day and one weekday off. You must have the capability to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends.
